~From The Beginning was the first compilation album by Small Faces
~Released by Decca Records as group material after the band had left for Immediate Records

From The Beginning produced five hot singles from Small Faces:
"Whatcha Gonna Do About It", "Sha-La-La-La-Lee", "Hey Girl", "All Or Nothing" and "My Mind's Eye" (which was unauthorized!).

​~From The Beginning also features "Baby Don't You Do It",
​with Jimmy Winston on lead vocals and rhythm guitar.
